Meet the team
Jared Alster
Cofounder, Chief Strategy Officer
Jared is a marketing leader with 20 years experience working with Fortune 500’s and SMB’s in travel and tech. Jared started his career with advertising agency Ogilvy & Mather working on global brand campaigns for Yahoo! and Six Flags.
Since then, Jared has enjoyed over a decade in the travel industry. He spent five years running U.S. marketing at adventure travel pioneer Intrepid Travel during a period of hyper-growth for the company. Jared then went onto join Travelstride, a leading venture-backed marketplace for multi-day tours, as co-founder and Vice President, Marketing.
Upon returning to New York, Jared led the east coast office for luxury tour operator Cox & Kings. Prior to Dune7, Jared was Vice President, Marketing at Rodo, a mobile-first car leasing startup backed by IAC.
Outside the office, Jared is an amateur road cyclist and races locally and regionally. He lives in New York with his family and yellow lab, Homer.

Tom Buckley
Cofounder, Chief Commercial Officer
Tom has over 15 years’ experience in digital marketing, publishing and technology, working at both start-ups and corporations – including Whatsonwhen.com, Frommer’s, and Random House.
Tom recently headed up global business development for content marketing agency Melt Content, servicing consumer travel brands Expedia, New York Times (Times Journeys) and Royal Caribbean, plus B2B clients such as Expedia Affiliate Network and Intent Media.
Tom was a founding member of a digital agency Whatsonwhen.com that, under its new parent, was acquired by Google. Tom has also led sales and U.S. operations for AO, an enterprise software firm focused on merchandising solutions for multi-day tour operators and airline vacation businesses.
Tom, a native of the U.K., recently relocated back to Brooklyn, NY with his wife and two daughters, after a three-year stint in Miami.
Ralph du Plessis
Search Lead
With over 25 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing, Ralph is Dune7's Search Lead, playing a pivotal role on both strategy and campaign planning across multiple accounts. Beginning his career in 1999 at a London startup, Ralph quickly established himself as a versatile marketer, working across ad sales, SEO, and design.
His expertise spans agency and client-side roles, focusing on search marketing, content marketing, and social media for global travel brands like lastminute.com, Expedia, Tui, and EasyJet.
Ralph resides in Norwich, England with his family and dog, Mavis.
Natalie Arney
Search Lead
Natalie is a seasoned SEO leader with a strong background in technical SEO, content strategy, digital PR, and cross-channel marketing. She has worked both agency-side and in-house, leading teams and delivering impactful strategies that drive meaningful growth for businesses.
Her approach is grounded in collaboration, data, and purpose-led decision making.
A regular speaker at industry events, such as BrightonSEO, Natalie is also an active mentor and advocate within the Women in Tech SEO community.
She contributes regularly to industry discussions through webinars, podcasts, and expert panels, helping businesses and marketers navigate the evolving search landscape with clarity and confidence.

Jonna Jacinto
Account Manager
Jonna is an accomplished project management and communications professional with over eight years of diverse experience in marketing, education, conservation, and non-profit initiatives. Her career spans roles in organizations such as the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF), where she consistently delivered strategic and operational excellence.
She has also held key roles including Senior Traffic Manager at Labrador, a financial communications company, where she significantly boosted client engagement. Her career reflects a passion for meaningful storytelling, effective collaboration, and mission-driven engagement.
Currently serving as an Account Manager at Dune7, she manages the day-to-day operations across multiple accounts and supports the team with agency branding, social media, and outreach efforts.
