As the market for short-term rentals heated up, Safely was finding traction and experiencing high-velocity growth. However, with new entrants in the STR insurance space, executive leadership wanted to ensure the brand had clear and concise messaging to support sales and marketing efforts.
Safely tasked Dune7 with creating a cohesive brand strategy to elevate the company and increase market share among its two cohorts of customers; property managers and homeowners.
Dune7 conducted qualitative research, including interviews with existing Safely customers and team members. Following the resesarch, we crafted a series of customer personas, covering Safely's diverse target market. We then defined the singular customer insight, Safely's brand archetype, and started building Safely's brand pyramid.
This process culminated in a holistic brand strategy that included a messaging framework of headlines and product copy to be executed across all customer touch points.
