Based in Nairobi, Natural World Kenya Safaris is a local operator of exquisite, custom safaris throughout parks and conservancies in East Africa. The company wanted to increase direct bookings from core source markets such as North America and Western Europe, but were up against well-funded incumbents and OTAs. Natural World also had a limited budget due to pandemic-era financial constraints.
Natural World engaged Dune7 on multiple levels, commencing with a brand messaging audit. The scope then moved towards technical changes on the site such as improving website performance and optimizing landing pages. The last phase encompassed production of new, engaging content for the blog and an overhaul of accommodation pages to solve duplicate content issues.
