The Challenge

Sherpa˚ wanted to expand their product offering to help airline, OTA, and tour operator clients communicate COVID-19 testing and quarantine requirements.

Post pandemic, the company needed to reposition itself as the leader in visa ancillary products for partners, as travel restrictions became less relevant to the global travel industry.  

The Work

Dune7 launched the company’s Travel Reopening Map and created a communications and content strategy to reach their key b2b audiences. This included thought leadership in the form of a byline from the company’s CEO.

As a follow on collaboration, sherpa˚ engaged Dune7 to develop a holistic content marketing strategy, including case studies and white papers. Dune7 created deep, engaging content on a myriad of topics around data privacy, ancillaries, and travel merchandising with NDC.
